What You’ll Be Doing : -Support the execution of marketing campaigns (digital, retail, trade, and partner programs).   -Assist in organizing events, activations, and collaborations.   -Liaise with designers and content creators for marketing materials.   -Monitor campaign KPIs and assist in performance reports.   -Help coordinate influencer marketing and social media outreach.   -Support e-commerce and AEON retail promotions.   -Stay updated with beauty trends and competitor moves. We’re Looking For : -Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.   -1–3 years of marketing experience (preferably in beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle brands).   -Familiarity with social media platforms, e-commerce tools, and campaign reporting.   -Organized, proactive, and eager to learn.   -A flair for beauty and wellness is a huge bonus!
