Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative and accounting roles
- Certificates / Vocational / Diploma or Secondary School education
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

- Familiarity with accounting software ‘SQL & E-Invoice”

Responsibilities
Maintain and update financial records.Attend to incoming telephone calls, emails, and fax inquiries.Ensure on-time customer service and order processing.Prepare Delivery Orders, Invoices, and arrange deliveries.Prepare quotations and maintain proper records for all matters related to orders, deliveries, and customer documentation.Coordinate effectively with related departments, including sales, purchasing, technical, and operations teams.Handle correspondence and communicate with clients and vendors professionally.Coordinate office activities and company events.Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.Perform general administrative and clerical tasks.Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.Benefits
