• Knowledge of Construction Methods and Materials -Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills -Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills -Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings -Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred -Can speak Mandarin is an advantage -Open to fresh graduate / intern student
