Open Position : Team Lead, Software Application & Support ( Technology-Driven Financial Company)

A Technology-Driven Financial Company is currently hiring for Team Lead, Software Application & Support to join them in their Kuala Lumpur office.

Key responsibilities and requirements include :

• Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or it’s equivalent
• Having more than 7 years working experience with 2 years working experience as Team Lead in the Application Support within the Financial Institution industry
• Coordinate with other teams, Software Development and Project Management teams to ensure the performance & stability of the software applications running 24×7
• Monitor the software applications and managing the performance issues and ticket raised by customers using ITIL Service Management
• Good experience in managing  IT Infrastructure, Database, Software and etc would be added advantage
• Sensitive to detail, highly analytical, have a passion to learn and is committed to self-improvement
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
