Key Responsibilities -Partner with leadership to drive strategic decisions through financial analysis and comprehensive business insights. -Develop long-term financial plans, quarterly forecasts, and annual budgets aligned with growth objectives. -Build financial models to evaluate scenarios and support key strategic initiatives. -Serve as primary financial business partner to operational directors and department heads. -Oversee client payment processes and optimize cash flow management. -Lead monthly close processes and produce accurate financial statements and management reports. -Ensure compliance with accounting standards and maintain general ledger integrity. -Lead one direct report in accounting with opportunity to build a focused team. -Manage tax compliance, coordinate annual audits, and maintain relationships with external advisors. What would you need? -We are only considering Malaysian Citizens for this role! -Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. -Minimum 8 years of experience in accounting, financial planning, financial modeling, and analysis. -Proven experience leading finance teams and managing direct reports. -Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling techniques. -Experience with business intelligence tools and financial systems. -Fluency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills with exceptional attention to detail. -Ability to work effectively in multicultural environments and adapt to changing business needs. -Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders. -Demonstrated ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. -"Can-do" approach with flexibility to handle both strategic and operational responsibilities. -Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
