Responsibilities :

Coordinate outbound shipments from PTP to Singapore and manage self-collection arrangements at PTP.
Oversee container inbound and outbound processes, ensuring timely and accurate handling.
Prepare and manage customs documentation, including :
Packing Lists
Bills of Lading (BL)
Delivery Orders and Invoices
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers for sea, air, land, and courier shipments.
Ensure compliance with FTZ regulations and customs requirements.
Provide excellent customer service support, including shipment tracking, issue resolution, and communication with clients.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to shipping and logistics activities.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in logistics and customer service processes.

Requirements :

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or customer service, preferably within an FTZ environment.

Strong knowledge of customs procedures, shipping documentation, and freight coordination.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (e.g., SAP, WMS, TMS).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Others :

Experience working at or with the Port of Tanjung Pelepas (PTP).

Familiarity with cross-border logistics between Malaysia and Singapore.

Knowledge of incoterms, HS codes, and international shipping regulations.
