Requirements

Mandarin Speaker Only due to business requirements and clientele
Minimum with SPM / UEC.
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
Must be able to work shift, weekend and Public Holiday
Morning Shift (Work In Office) - 08 : 30am - 05 : 30pm / 08 : 30m to 6 : 00pm
Afternoon Shift (Work From Home) - 02 : 00pm - 11 : 00pm / 1 : 30pm to 11 : 00pm

Responsibilities

Candidates must be fluent in Mandarin due to business requirements and clientele.

We provide Sign-on Bonus (upon joining & confirmed) and monthly performance incentives (upon confirmed).

Passionate about providing great customer service to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Provide guidance and assistance online and product usage.

Assist customer inquiry and complaints.

Assist in replying to FB messenger, WhatsApp, Telegram, Etc

Assist in collection of outstanding payment from customers.

Acquire and process thorough knowledge of Company's product and services.

Maintain comprehensive records of sales and other activities as required.

Any ad-hoc assignment from immediate superior / Management.
