Manufacturing Supervisor

i.Supervise and handle the overall production operation and lead the whole production team to achieve company goals. (Earn, Output, OTD and etc)

ii.Responsible to plan for daily production target achievement of allocated area.

iii.Ensure production quality and safety standards are complied with.

iv.Provide production records and other performance indices to the management whenever required.

v.Direct, control and motivate production staff in all aspects affecting work performance.

vi.Identify, analyze, carry out and monitor continual improvements activities.

vii.Responsible for production team well-being and attendance system.

viii.Responsible for production team training needs including certification of processes & cross training plan.

ix.Take charge of external vendors eg. cleaners, suppliers for Assy Backend production area.

Requirement :

Min Diploma or Degree in any Engineering or Manufacturing Discipline. Experience working in shift for minimum 3 years is preferred.

Able to lead, enhance workflow in the line for productivity improvement.

Able to work independently and able to carry out assigned task on a tight schedule.
