Job Title : Receptionist
Location : TRX, Kuala Lumpur
Employment Type : Permanent
Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
Salary Range : RM2,500 to RM3,000 (Basic)
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet and welcome guests and clients in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
- Manage front desk operations, including receiving parcels, letters, and deliveries
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
- Perform basic administrative and clerical duties (filing, photocopying, data entry, etc.)
- Provide assistance to other departments as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate restocking
- Ensure compliance with visitor policies and internal protocols
Requirements :
