Requirements
- Assist in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to promote TEAM SUCCESS AIR COMPRESSOR (M) SDN BHD's energy-saving HPM motors and inverter drive screw air compressors.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial engineering sectors, focusing on clients who can benefit from energy-efficient air compressor solutions.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform sales and marketing plans.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of the company's products.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and timely information on leads, prospects, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
- Provide after-sales support and technical assistance to clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel within the Shah Alam region and potentially other areas as required for sales activities.

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the industrial sector, focusing on manufacturing companies in Shah Alam and surrounding areas.Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape related to air compressor systems and energy-saving solutions.Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms to reach potential clients.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers, highlighting the benefits of TEAM SUCCESS AIR COMPRESSOR's products and services.Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at target companies, understanding their business challenges and offering tailored solutions.Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and increase market share.Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in response to customer inquiries, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.Follow up on sales leads and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities in the company's CRM system.Provide regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards sales goals.Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities to generate leads and increase brand awareness.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote TEAM SUCCESS AIR COMPRESSOR's products and services.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities to effectively position the company's offerings in the market.Provide technical support and assistance to customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns.Work closely with the engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of air compressor systems.Benefits
