Requirements

  • Possess a Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a client-facing role, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify, analyze, and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage with a diverse client base.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Subang Jaya.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate for annual audits and tax return filings
  • Establishing and reconciling all companies operating bank accounts.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies.
  • Oversee, review & implement an effective system of internal control procedures and reporting.
  • Interact with internal and external auditors in completing audits.
  • Search on the government grant for SME
  • Payment Collection & Aging
  • Prepare sales reporting
  • Daily , weekly & monthly payment submission
  • Perform ad-hoc duties when assigned.
