Requirements
- Fresh graduates from Diploma or Degree related field of Tourism and Hospitality are encouraged to apply
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience in tour operation services will be added advantage
- Proficiency in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
- Strong knowledge of travel destinations, tour operations and travel regulations
- Proficiency in travel booking systems and software
- Excellent Organization and Multitasking skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and manage supplier contracts
Responsibilities
Design and develop tour packages, itineraries and travel plansHandle bookings and reservations for flights, hotels, transportation and activitiesCoordinate with suppliers including hotels, airlines and local tour operatorsEnsure all travel arrangements and services meet the client's requirements and expectations.Manage client inquiries and provide detailed information about tour options.Handle customer complaints and resolve issue promptly and effectivelyStay updated on industry trends, travel regulations and destination knowledgeBenefits
