Penerangan pekerjaanLead the mechanical design discipline on complex, multidisciplinary building services projects. Provide technical oversight and guidance to design teams throughout all project stages. Review and validate mechanical designs to ensure compliance with local codes, international standards, and sustainability objectives. Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and internal teams to deliver coordinated MEP solutions. Develop project proposals, fee structures, and resource plans in coordination with directors and project managers. Drive innovation, efficiency, and quality in design processes and documentation. Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. Participate in strategic business development initiatives, including client presentations and bid submissions. Represent the firm in high-level project and stakeholder meetings Degree / Master from University recognized by BEM, PE, or certifications on Data centre. At least 8 years of experience in related field Design in Fire protection system (FPS), familiar Bomba Cooling system. HVAC and cooling tower Got experience handling data centre Understand burden and stress Must be able to understand complex Strong design and project management skills Clean room experience can be considered Experience in BQ Preferably Mandarin speaker
