Position Responsibilities -Assist in the execution of growth marketing campaigns across platforms (Meta Ads, GoogleAds, TikTok Ads, etc.). -Support in tracking and analyzing campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.). -Help in content coordination for e-commerce platforms (Dotcom, Shopee, Lazada, TikTokShop, etc.). -Conduct competitor research and market trend analysis to support campaign planning. -Assist in the development and execution of EDM and other customer retention initiatives. -Aid in inventory, product listing management, and daily operations for online platforms. -Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Creative, Brand and Marketing, Operations,and Product Innovation. -Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for growth and engagement. Qualification and Experiences -Currently pursuing a diploma / degree in Marketing, E-commerce, Business, Communications,or related field. -Strong interest in digital marketing, e-commerce, and consumer brands. -Basic understanding of online advertising platforms and e-commerce marketplaces is a plus. -Analytical mindset and proficiency in Microsoft ft Excel or Google Sheets. -Good communication skills, proactive attitude, and eagerness to learn. -Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. a Necessity, not a Luxury
