iPrice is the place price-conscious shoppers go to find the cheapest online price. We do this by sorting through the catalogues of e-commerce platforms to identify the cheapest trustworthy offers. Responsibilities

As an Operations Intern - Categorization (Indonesia), you will play a vital role in the day-to-day management and operational excellence of our product catalogue containing over 7 billion products (and counting!), focusing on the support & management of our product listings in Indonesia. In this role, you will :

  • Ensure our Product Comparison Pages are showing the right products & attributes content following established SOPs criteria, addressing issues based on priority list set
  • Maintain the daily quality of our website landing pages to provide the best user experience to our customers.
  • Supporting execs on daily maintenance of website & product display pages (PDP)
  • QC for errors and mischaracterizations for review.
  • Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelors' Degree in  Arts / Media / Communication, Business Management / Administration, Advertising / Marketing and related courses. Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply
  • Candidate preferably is based in Malaysia, but open to consider remote candidates
  • Internship position duration  of 4-6 months
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English , both verbally and written
  • Able to work independently with a high degree of initiatives
  • Great working attitude : Diligent, strong attention to detail, good communication & time-management abilities
  • Candidates can be based remotely (in home country) for the duration of this placement (requires strong internet connection)
  • Placement Intake in Feb / Mar 2024
