Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of working experience in a design role (fresh grads are welcome to apply if portfolio is strong).
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work across different media.
- Basic understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to take constructive feedback.
- Knowledge of tactical, military, or outdoor gear branding is an added advantage.
Responsibilities
Develop visual content for social media, product packaging, advertising, digital campaigns, and promotional materials.Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute designs that align with brand guidelines.Create mockups, prototypes, and final artwork for both internal and client-facing materials.Edit and retouch product images for e-commerce and catalog use.Stay up to date with design trends, industry tools, and competitors.Ensure consistency of brand elements across all design outputs.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Support in video editing, animation, or multimedia projects (optional, based on skills).Benefits
