Penerangan pekerjaanProvide outstanding customer service to clients while training and installing diagnostics instrumentation and systems in hospital and stand-alone laboratory environments. Provide on-site and telephone technical support to clients for inspection, troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance of Diagnostic instrument. Maintain positive and professional communication withing Technical Department, as well as Sales Team and Application Support Team to maintain excellent support to customers. Maintaining daily communication and follow up with customers to ensure effectiveness.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you would require : ( Job requirements ) :
- Associate Diploma or Degree in Biomedical, Electrical and Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience in medical line (laboratory instruments)
- Ability to work independently with good time management skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Must be a good team player with a positive working attitude.
- Possess own transport and willing to travel.
