Requirements

1.Locals in Malaysia.

2.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.

3.At least five years experience within a factory, including expertise in fixed assets, corporate taxation and inventory cost.

4.Strong working knowledge of Malaysia and international financial reporting standards, familiar with local accounting regulations and laws.

5.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in Business English for stake holder coordination, proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.

6.Rigorous and meticulous work, willing to communicate and cooperate.

7.Have a high sense of confidentiality and good professional ethics, and do not disclose the company's financial information at will.

8.Able to work independently under tight deadlines & multi-task and remain motivated.

9.Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with accounting software(auto account).

10.IT’s better to have certificate such as ACCA or CPA

Responsibilities

1.Responsible for handling the company's daily accounting and keeping vouchers in a timely manner.

2.Produce monthly financial report including Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss sheet.

3.Provide relavent form such as AP list / AR list / Sales report.

4.Appilication for daily cash payment.

5.Check in daily cash flow including Bank Journal, cash journal, debit / credit amount of customer or provider.

6.Monthly and annually taxation, preparation and computation of local taxes, submission of tax return and compliance with local tax requlations.

7.Make weekly capital budget.

8.Assist on client yearly audit, dealing with auditors for settling audit queries.

9.Perform payroll related tasks. Processing payroll, generating statutory files and submission online.

10.Interface with the warehouse department to ensure accurate inventory records.

11.Deal with bank issues.

12.From time to time, any other assignments as required
