Key Responsibilities : -Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process. -Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions. -Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial documents. -Assist in performing bank reconciliations and petty cash management. -Maintain orderly financial filing systems (hardcopy and digital). -Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes. -Liaise with internal departments and external vendors on payment-related matters. -Handle general administrative tasks related to finance. -Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures. -Support the audit process by providing required documentation.
