Key Responsibilities :
HR Leadership & Operations :
- Oversee all HR operations (Recruitment, Training, Payroll, Administration, HSSE, IR cum Security).
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian labour laws and internal policies.
Strategic HR Planning :
Support ERP implementation by aligning HR processes and data systems.Develop and implement KPIs to support business goals.Drive workforce planning, structured succession planning, and employee engagement.Recruitment & Talent Development :
Drive talent acquisition strategy for all levels, including senior-level hiring.Work with department heads on manpower planning and capability building.Ensure employees’ job scopes are periodically reviewed and updated in coordination with department heads, supporting clear role expectations and performance alignment.Oversee training plans, on job training programs, and career path development.Employee Relations & Welfare :
Provide HR advisory support on attendance, discipline, grievances, and organizational changes.Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.Manage employee welfare programs, including transport, hostel, insurance, and health-related benefits.HR Governance, Reporting & Others :
Develop and present HR reports and workforce analytics to support informed decision making by the Management.Lead and coordinate HR audits, compliance reviews, and ensure effective internal controls are in place across all HR functions.Monitor and enforce compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry certifications (e.g. ISO, DOE training, etc.).Any other tasks as requiredRequirements
Education : Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.Experience : Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Manufacturing industrial background preferred. Experience in HRIS and KPI implementation is an added advantage.Skills : Strong understanding of Employment Act, IR practices, HR compliance, and statutory regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and change management skills. Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies.Benefits
