Requirements : -Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Marketing, or a related field. -More than 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry or any related industry. -Added advantage if good understanding of the nursing home, senior care and wellness centre industry in Malaysia, including regulations, market trends, and customer expectations. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with various stakeholders. -Ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders. -Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. -Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
