Role Overview :
Looking for a creative and data-driven digital marketer to help grow a retail brand. This role involves producing engaging content, managing paid campaigns across social and search platforms, and leveraging performance data to optimize results. It requires a strong blend of creativity and strategic thinking to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand presence.
Key Responsibilities :
- Craft compelling ad scripts and visual assets designed to capture leads and drive revenue growth.
- Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized blog content and email copy to boost organic traffic and improve customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team, offering data-driven insights to enhance visual design, written content, and video assets for stronger campaign performance.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads (SEM), ensuring alignment with cost-per-lead targets and overall campaign efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate key metrics including CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV / CAC, CPA, and CPC to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign outcomes.
- Assist with broader marketing initiatives and support the exploration of new digital channels when required.
Requirements
Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.Proven track record of driving results through creative strategy, media buying, and CRO, backed by relevant portfolio or case studies.Proficient in using analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to assess and optimize campaign performance.Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Dotdigital, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp is preferred.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, content development, or performance-based marketing roles.Knowledge of key performance indicators—CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV / CAC, CPA, and CPC—and ability to leverage data for continuous optimization.Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify is a plus
