Job Description

Role Overview :

Looking for a creative and data-driven digital marketer to help grow a retail brand. This role involves producing engaging content, managing paid campaigns across social and search platforms, and leveraging performance data to optimize results. It requires a strong blend of creativity and strategic thinking to drive traffic, increase sales, and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Craft compelling ad scripts and visual assets designed to capture leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Produce high-quality, SEO-optimized blog content and email copy to boost organic traffic and improve customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with the creative team, offering data-driven insights to enhance visual design, written content, and video assets for stronger campaign performance.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads (SEM), ensuring alignment with cost-per-lead targets and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate key metrics including CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV / CAC, CPA, and CPC to refine marketing strategies and enhance campaign outcomes.
  • Assist with broader marketing initiatives and support the exploration of new digital channels when required.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
  • Proven track record of driving results through creative strategy, media buying, and CRO, backed by relevant portfolio or case studies.
  • Proficient in using analytics tools like Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics to assess and optimize campaign performance.
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing tools such as Dotdigital, Klaviyo, or Mailchimp is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, content development, or performance-based marketing roles.
  • Knowledge of key performance indicators—CTR, CVR, ROAS, CAC, LTV / CAC, CPA, and CPC—and ability to leverage data for continuous optimization.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify is a plus
