Responsibilities
1. Client Retention & Relationship Management (Farmer Role)
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.Provide after-sales support, addressing concerns and inquiries to enhance customer experience.Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize client engagement.Regularly check in with previous customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.2. New Business Development & Prospecting (Hunter Role)
Actively seek new customers through networking, cold calling, door to door and market research.Engage potential clients through outbound efforts and strategic lead generation.Develop sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the company’s reach.Represent the company at trade shows, events, exhibitions, and industry networking events.3. Sales Process & Order Management
Guide clients through product selection, ensuring they find suitable stone slabs for their needs.Prepare and process quotation and order confirmations.Collaborate with the administrative department to proceed for job fabrication and delivery.Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.4. Payment Collection & Financial Coordination
Follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely payment collection from clients.Work closely with the finance team to track overdue payments and resolve disputes.Maintain clear records of payments and sales transactions to support financial accuracy.5. Market Analysis & Sales Strategy Development
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to refine sales tactics.Suggest new product offerings, pricing models, or service improvements.Provide regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and revenue growth insights.Benefits
