Requirements

  • At least SPM or equivalent years of related experience
  • At least 2 years working experience in CNC manufacturing industry.
  • Can speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
  • Fresh grads also can apply
  • CAD / CAM software, Basic Machine G & M code & Production Planning / Optimization.
  • CAM programming, setup machine, dimensional measurement
  • Basic G & M code, Engineering Drawing interpretation.
  • Able to workday / night shift in machines
  • Communicate with superior regarding work and upload documents.
  • Proficiency in operating CNC machines
  • Good problem-solving skills and technical troubleshooting

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for setting up and operating CNC machine.
  • Responsible for supervising the daily operation activities as well as managing of team to ensure production output is met.
  • Ensure Health & Safety of team members through PPE, safety equipment & safe systems of work are always adhered to.
  • Ensure machinery is operated in accordance with set guidelines / procedures and report machine issues.
  • Cascade objectives to team members to achieve maximum output.
  • Ensure accountability is cascaded down and use initiative to resolve issues.
  • Organise team effectively to ensure daily targets are met in terms of Quality, Cost and Delivery
