Job Description :
- To handle the partial account
- Daily cash balance and ensure cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively for a group of companies.
- Responsible for the daily operations of the accounts department by supervising, guiding, and reviewing subordinates’ work for a group of companies.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
- A middleman between internal auditor’s vs all inter-department
- Liaise with the admin department & bank for all bank accounts
- Petty cash control
- Ad hoc task or assignment when required.
- Assist in daily accounting operations
- Liaise with auditors, bankers, and other related authorities
Job Requirement :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy or part professional qualification such as ACCA, MIAMinimum 3 years relevant working experience in handling partial closing full set of accounts with established companyComputer literate and hands-on experience in accounting software (ERP) would be an advantageAble to work independently with minimum supervisionKnowledge of computerized accounting is an added advantage.Pleasant personality with good communication skillsGood Knowledge of the forwarding industry would be added advantage. 8 Knowledge of a full set account would be added advantage.Process Own transport with a valid licenseSub Specialization : Finance;Accountant Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 3 Years Work Location : Selangor
