Job Description :

  • To handle the partial account
  • Daily cash balance and ensure cash flows are adequate to allow business units to operate effectively for a group of companies.
  • Responsible for the daily operations of the accounts department by supervising, guiding, and reviewing subordinates’ work for a group of companies.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
  • A middleman between internal auditor’s vs all inter-department
  • Liaise with the admin department & bank for all bank accounts
  • Petty cash control
  • Ad hoc task or assignment when required.
  • Assist in daily accounting operations
  • Liaise with auditors, bankers, and other related authorities

Job Requirement :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in Finance / Accountancy or part professional qualification such as ACCA, MIA
  • Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in handling partial closing full set of accounts with established company
  • Computer literate and hands-on experience in accounting software (ERP) would be an advantage
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Knowledge of computerized accounting is an added advantage.
  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills
  • Good Knowledge of the forwarding industry would be added advantage. 8 Knowledge of a full set account would be added advantage.
  • Process Own transport with a valid license
  • Sub Specialization : Finance;Accountant Type of Employment : Permanent Minimum Experience : 3 Years Work Location : Selangor
