Position : Customer Success Specialist (CSS), Must be proficient in Mandarin and English Speaking , Writing and Reading skills
Location : Georgetown, Penang (Onsite)
Working Hours : Monday to Sunday, 12 : 00 am – 11 : 00 am
5 days per week, 8 working hours + 1 hour break)
Job Type : Full-time (Rotational Shift)
Salary : RM 3,000++ (Extra Allowances will be provided)
Overview :
The CSS is the main point of contact for customers using our client's food ordering app.
They handle customer inquiries, concerns, and provide information through inbound and
outbound phone calls.
