We are looking to strengthen our team at our site in Malacca

Based in Melaka

Key Responsibilities :

Leading and managing R&D projects from inception to commercialization, ensuring they are on time, within budget, and meet technical specifications
Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and product development
Working with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, sales, assembly) to ensure seamless integration of R&D outputs
Tracking R&D progress, analyzing results, and reporting on performance against key metrics
Providing technical guidance and mentoring to engineers, helping them grow their skills and knowledge
Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and trends in software development

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, science, technology) is required

Strong technical knowledge and understanding of relevant industries and technologies are necessary

Extensive experience at least 10 years in research and development, project management, and team leadership is essential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
