Ideal Candidate Profile :

Max age 35 , male only as per internal team structure.

Preferably ex-Big 4 (Consulting / Deals / Strategy) with exposure to fast-scaling businesses.

Strong in business acumen, with proven capability in commercial analytics and data storytelling.

Experience in strategy roles , ideally with exposure to SEA expansion or market entry is a plus.

Fluent in English (written and spoken)—must be able to communicate with stakeholders at senior levels.

Independent, sharp, data-driven, and confident in managing ambiguity in a high-growth business.

Experience in organizations with rapid land / property expansion is a big plus

Must be willing to travel frequently across Indonesia.

Role Summary :

This is a strategic and analytical leadership role that bridges business performance, expansion strategy, and commercial intelligence . You’ll work closely with the Board to support key decisions on market expansion, outlet performance, operational improvement, and commercial initiatives—critical to support the company’s aggressive nationwide growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead commercial analytics, strategic reporting, and business case development for new outlets, regions, and supply chain investments.

Identify gaps and opportunities in operations, growth strategy, and revenue levers.

Support expansion roadmap—including data modeling, location analysis, and risk assessment.

Create dashboards and tools for business monitoring, forecasting, and efficiency improvement.

Collaborate with internal functions (Ops, Supply Chain, HCGA) to translate insights into execution plans.
