What will you do?
Strategy Implementation
- May contribute to the definition of the entity strategy of his / her business line
- Define the goals in his / her scope of responsibility in line with the company strategy and identify the required means and resources
Human Resources Management
Manage and coordinate with several contributors and / or a large or complex team or stakeholders (e.g. experts, multicultural, multi-country, multidisciplinary resources)Ensure permanent adequacy between his / her resources (skills, equipment, etc.), organization and activity stakesActivity Management
Define the organization of his / her activity and the distribution of roles & responsibilitiesDefine and set up the procedures and indicators (KPI) required to monitor the activity; is responsible for the implementation of reporting processes and equipment and ensure their adequacy with reporting needsInnovation & Continuous Improvement
Propose new ideas and / or projects to improve activity performance or to meet new business challengesEncourage permanent review of process chains & prioritize proposals for process optimizationEthics, Compliance and CSR
Contributes to the definition and roll-down of compliance policies for the activities for which he / she is responsible, in accordance to the legal and regulatory standards, CACEIS internal policies, the rules of ethics defined by the Crédit Agricole Group and the Code of Conduct.Ensures that his / her stakeholders implement and carry out the required controls for their activities in compliance with the regulations in place in order to protect the Group against risks
