More than 3 years of project management experience. Those with port experience will be added advantage. Able to read and write mandarin or other foreign languages will be added advantages. Willing to travel Domestic and Overseas as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- The Project Manager shall provide construction oversight support to include inspection and project management services.
- Capable of independently planning and complete projects or studies of B-road scope and complexity.
- Shall be able to handle complex projects requiring considerable judgement to resolve problems
- Make decision in situation where standard engineering methods, procedures and techniques may not be applicable.
- The on-site project manager should have sufficient background and experience to provide insight and feedback to design and operation team.
