Requirements
1. Diploma or above.
2. Solid knowledge of 3C digital products and home appliances; candidates with sales experience in Honor and Huawei products will be given preference.
3. Strong communication, organizational, and on-site management skills.
4. Proven leadership capabilities with a track record in team development and training.
Responsibilities
1. Formulate and manage store budgets, ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), including sales revenue, gross profit, operating costs, product loss, overall profitability, and inventory control.
2. Execute promotional campaigns, sales plans, and price adjustments as directed by the headquarters, and provide timely feedback on implementation outcomes.
3. Oversee all aspects of store operations, including incoming goods inspection, inventory and stock management, product display, stocktaking, damage control, store cleanliness, hygiene standards, and financial oversight.
4. Lead and develop store personnel by building a strong team, providing training and guidance to subordinates, nurturing potential successors, and supervising the performance and development of store management and reserve staff.
5. Coordinate and supervise performance evaluations across all store departments to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
6. Manage and resolve operational emergencies and customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
