Process sales order and related documents example quotations & invoicing
Liaise with customers and suppliers for negotiations price
Handle customers' enquiries
Generate reports
Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
Any other tasks assigned by your superior
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate with Diploma / Advanced Diploma is an advantage.
Required skill(s) : MS Office.
Required languages : English and Bahasa Melayu.
Able to start work immediately is an advantage.
Training will be provided.
Alternate Saturday - half day
