About the role Are you an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual looking to join a dynamic hospitality team? We are seeking a motivated CLUB RECEPTION (FEMALE) to join our team at ABSOLUTE NEXUS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur. This full-time position is responsible for providing exceptional guest services and ensuring the smooth running of our club operations.

What you'll be doing

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner

Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and check-in / check-out processes efficiently

Provide information about the club's facilities, services, and upcoming events

Process payments and maintain accurate financial records

Assist with general administrative duties, including data entry and filing

Liaise with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

Contribute to the overall success of the club by identifying and addressing guest needs

What we're looking for

Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar front office or guest services role within the hospitality industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and basic accounting principles

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays

A positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional customer service
