Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience (internships included) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin or other local dialects is an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing channels, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, basic Adobe Creative Suite) and / or email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp) is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Oversea communication with seasonal business arrangement require.
  • Required the skillset for active listening & details-oriented individual.

Responsibilities

Campaign Support :

  • Assist in the development, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, events, traditional media).
  • Support the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, social media graphics, and website content.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., sales, product development) and external vendors / agencies (e.g., graphic designers, printers, media agencies) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of marketing projects.
  • Digital Marketing :

  • Assist in managing and updating social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Support website content updates and email marketing initiatives.
  • Basic monitoring and reporting on digital marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights).
  • Market Research & Analytic :

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights relevant to the Malaysian market.
  • Help compile data and prepare reports on marketing activities and their effectiveness.
  • Event Coordination :

  • Assist in the planning, logistics, and promotion of marketing events, webinars, trade shows, and other promotional activities in Malaysia.
  • Admintrative Support :

  • Provide general administrative support to the marketing department, including managing marketing databases, organizing files, and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with budget tracking for marketing initiatives.
  • Content Creation :

  • Support the writing, editing, and proofreading of marketing copy for various platforms, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and local cultural nuances.
