Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Coordinator, or in Project Management within the renovation industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  • Technical knowledge of construction and renovation practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Fresh graduates in Architecture or Design fields are welcome.
  • Candidates with a good learning attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all on-site activities for renovation and interior design projects.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Coordinate with architects, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and safety standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project progress and any issues encountered.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site workers and subcontractors.
