Requirements

- Proficiency in Auto Count Accounting software is required.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus.

- Excellent organizational , administrative , procurement , and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Support the sales team by coordinating customer appointments and ensuring sales representatives are equipped with up-to-date sales materials to improve overall team productivity.Handle urgent phone calls, emails, and messages on behalf of sales representatives when they are unavailable.Respond to customer inquiries, communicate delivery timelines, arrange delivery schedules, and assist in organizing marketing events.Process and manage customer orders received via phone, email, or mail, ensuring accuracy of pricing, discounts, and product codes.Input and process orders in a timely manner, ensuring all customer requirements are met and deliveries are made on schedule.Prepare sales-related documents such as invoices and delivery orders, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and timely issuance.Arrange transportation or delivery logistics to ensure products are delivered to customers efficiently and on time.Collaborate closely with internal departments including logistics, marketing, and finance to ensure smooth workflow and high levels of customer satisfaction.Develop and maintain a well-organized filing system for sales records.Generate periodic sales reports and provide financial data to the finance team.Benefits
