Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Must be aggressive, self-driven, and punctual
- Available on-call and able to travel or go outstation when needed
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to handle pressure and work independently
- Experience liaising with government agencies or in property development / construction is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
Provide full personal assistance to Director / ManagementManage schedules, appointments, and meetingsHandle confidential information with discretionAttend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action itemsCoordinate travel arrangements and accompany when outstation requiredLiaise with internal departments and external stakeholdersDraft correspondence, reports, and presentation materialsPerform other ad-hoc administrative and support duties as assignedBenefits
