Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Creative Writing, or equivalent.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
- Creative, innovative, and able to generate engaging content ideas for various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
- Aware of current social media trends and capable of creating relevant, engaging content that aligns with the brand.
- Able to plan a content calendar and work according to deadlines.
- Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage.
- Willing to work outside office hours (if necessary), such as for shoots or event coverage.
Responsibilities
Plan, produce, and publish creative and high-quality digital content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, and the company's website.Generate engaging and relevant content ideas that align with marketing objectives and the company’s brand identity.Prepare scripts, captions, and marketing messages for each piece of content produced.Manage and update the content calendar on a weekly / monthly basis.Conduct research on current social media trends, hashtags, and algorithms to improve engagement.Engage professionally with followers or customers through comments, direct messages, and live broadcasts.Work closely with the marketing, graphic, and sales teams to align content messages and campaigns.Evaluate content performance (reach, engagement, views) and provide reports or recommendations for improvement.Benefits
