TELEMARKETING (TELCO PRODUCT)

Location : Plaza Sentral, Kuala Lumpur Start Date : 10th June 2025 Department : Sales and Marketing Reports To : Telemarketing Supervisor / Sales Manager Job Summary : We are seeking enthusiastic and target-driven Telemarketing Executives to promote and sell telecommunication products and services. You will play a key role in engaging customers via outbound calls, providing accurate information, and closing sales effectively. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team at our Plaza Sentral, KL office, starting 10th June 2025. Requirements : -Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree is an added advantage. -Previous experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service is preferred. -Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus). -Self-motivated with strong negotiation and closing skills. -Able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. -Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.
