About your new role!

We’re looking for a sharp-eyed Designer with strong digital instincts and brand sensibility to join our integrated team. If you have a passion for storytelling, a keen eye for detail, and a knack for bringing ideas to life, then we want to hear from you.

This role will work on one of Malaysia’s leading Telecommunication providers. You will also get to collaborate with a large and diverse array of other creatives and consultants within GrowthOps.

Working as part of a multi-disciplinary and remote-first team, you will take responsibility for :

• Craft high-impact visuals across social media, digital ads, POSM, and brand campaigns
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, content creators, and editors to bring concepts to life
• Apply brand guidelines with intelligence — not just by the book, but with flair
• Adapt master designs across formats and channels
• Support creative team with ideation and layout design for presentations, decks, and campaign toolkits
