• Fresh Gamer Graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English & Gaming Language.
• Knowledge in computer & console gaming troubleshoot and selling skill.
• Reply our gamer customers enquiries in social media such as Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp.
• Troubleshoot and support gamer customers on games installation & setup.
• Gaming products customization.
• Test play & research on new gaming products.
• Must be polite & patient to helping our gamer customers to solve their issues, we expect 5 stars customer service!
