Associate Executive provides general office support for a variety of clerical activities and tasks including system transactions, reporting, inventory, traffic control, material planning and organizing office communication and activities on a day-to-day basis. The goal is to ensure the smooth operations of a variety of channels aiming for maximum efficiency.

  • Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the company policies.
  • Prepare Shipping Documentation such as Shipping Instruction, Packing List, Invoices, Certificate

of Origin, Bill of Lading, Dangerous Good form IATA & IMDG and Pre-alert to Customers.

  • Import and Export procedure.
  • Handle of Custom’s requirement and Documentation such as ZB1, ZB2, K8, K2 & K1.
  • Liaising and communicate with Port Management such as request CMR (Container Movement
  • Request).

  • Communicate with Customers and Client and able to resolve any complaint.
  • Able to communicate with Customer’s order Management on all order fulfillment and related
  • issues.

  • Liaising and communicate with Customer’s or and Transporter, Shipping Lines, Air freight, Ocean
  • Freight & Freight Forwarder.

  • Monitor and coordinate for Transportation and Trucking timely.
  • Able to keep a meticulous record of shipment information.
  • Data Entry and Other assignments.
  • Min SPM / Diploma / Degree holder with 1 - 2 year of relevant experience.
  • Must be computer literate able to use MS World, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Good communication in English, Bahasa, and Customer Service Skills.
  • Experienced in Freight Forwarders.
  • Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
  • IATA DG certified is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage time well to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.
  • Able to work under stress and adaptable to changes.
  • Self-initiative individual who can work well in a team
