Penerangan pekerjaanCommunicate Customer Enquiry via Whatsapp, Social Media, Phone Calls. Handle Delivery order and Packaging to runners / customers Assists in preparing delivery boxes. Handle Complaint with appropriate solutions. Ensure Customer Satisfaction and Operation Efficiency. Communicate with Production Team to Ensure Operation Efficiency. Requirements
- We have 2 seperate brands , KETOCAKE - Sugarless cake and CAKETELLA - Alcohol cake.
- 2 Different outlets, next to each other.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm. Sundays are for recovery! ( 5 working days).
- Must have critical thinking skills to solve customer issues and provide creative solutions.
- Have fun at work.
