Requirements
- Possess at least a Secondary / SPM / 'O' Level certification.
- Open to fresh graduates and entry-level candidates.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficient in Mandarin language to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Capable of problem-solving and conflict resolution in a customer service setting.
- Practice active listening to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Must be able to work Onsite in Petaling Jaya.
Responsibilities
