Requirements

About the role :

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to handle daily financial operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, and receivable. The role also involves supporting cross-department collaboration and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

  • Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles and compliance standards.
  • Careful and detail-oriented when working with financial data to ensure accuracy.
  • Comfortable using accounting systems like SAP and tools like Excel to support daily work.
  • A team player with good communication skills, able to work well with colleagues from different departments.
  • Mandarin proficiency is required for communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Manage financial operations including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
  • Ensure the accuracy of financial records through timely journal entries and reconciliation.
  • Process AP payments and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist in preparing AP reports for monthly closing activities.
  • Maintain organized records of vouchers, invoices, and other financial documents.
  • Support audit preparation and tax compliance activities.
