Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin is required to communicate with suppliers in China.
Fresh graduates are welcomed.
No experience required, necessary training will be provided.
Able to work in a team and fast-paced environment.
Previous working experience in e-commerce, purchasing or related field will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Source products globally—particularly from suppliers in China—negotiate favourable deals, and maintain strong supplier relationships.

Evaluate and compare between multiple suppliers to ensure reliability, quality and competitive pricing.

Coordinate with suppliers on payments, logistics, and delivery timelines.

Ensure inbound stock is accurately received, tagged, and processed by internal teams.

Collaborate with internal departments (warehouse, fulfilment, accounts) to ensure procurement strategies align with business needs.

Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the superior, including functional responsibilities and special tasks.
