Requirements

Contract length : 3-6 months
Diploma, Degree, or advanced degree in Business / Marketing / Psychology / Mass Communication / Sociology / Social Sciences / English / Humanities Studies / Creative Studies or any related field.
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
Willing to adopt to a performance driven culture.
Good problem-solving skills, statistical background.
Strong skills in synthesizing vast amounts of data into key insights.
Detail & Meticulous.
Proficient in Writing, Research, and presentation skills at least in English

Responsibilities

Collect and clean data from various sources (e.g., IRS POS systems).

Assist in generating sales reports and performance dashboards using Excel or BI tools.

Analyse purchasing patterns, stock movement, and customer trends.

Identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for operational improvements.

Support the team in forecasting inventory demand and stock replenishment.

Collaborate with different departments to understand data needs and deliver insights.

Prepare presentations and visualizations to communicate findings clearly.

Document procedures, findings, and reports in an organized manner.

Any additional ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior.

Benefits

Pay : RM 500.00 – RM800.00 per month
