Requirements
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in design (preferably in beauty, wellness, or consumer brands)
Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro (or CapCut)
Able to edit short videos with subtitles, transitions, and simple motion
Must be Chinese-literate – as most of our visuals are in Mandarin
Strong attention to detail and a sense of aesthetics
Good communication and teamwork skills
Able to work independently and meet timelines
Responsibilities
Design marketing materials for our B2B customers :
Posters, product sheets, promotions, packaging mockups, etc.
Create and edit short-form videos for social media (e.g. TikTok, IG, Xiaohongshu)
Support the marketing team with visuals for product launches, training courses, and campaigns
Maintain design consistency across all brand visuals
Collaborate with sales, training, and social media team to deliver high-impact content
Occasionally help with basic layout for PowerPoints or beauty course visuals
