Requirements : -Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. -Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role within the exhibitions / events industry. -Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. -Strong leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills. -Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -Knowledge of CRM tools and data-driven sales management. -Willingness to travel and attend local / international events. -Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role involves dealing with clients from China and Taiwan.
