Responsibilities :
- Incident Resolution : Promptly address and resolve SAP FICO module incidents, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Change Request Management : Provide advice and solution to meet business change expectation; to meet the agreed delivery datelines.
- Service Request Management : Efficiently handle service requests, providing timely solutions and support to end-users for FICO processes.
- Configuration and Customization : Contribute to the configuration and customization of FICO based on business requirements, collaborating with the development team.
- Meeting SLA : Working closely with customers and teams to ensure issues and requests are followed-up and addressed timely.
Requirements :
At least 5 years of professional experience in the area of SAP FICO, SD and understanding integration topics to other modules.Hands-on project experience in S / 4HANA is an advantage.Knowledge in programming languages such as ABAP is an advantage.Fluent in English (verbal and written).Please send your updated CV to vy.le@peopleprofilers.com if the role is relevant to your experience.
